- 8-10 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz crab meat
- 1/8 red onion, chopped fine
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp soy sauc
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 pk won ton wrappers
Method or Preparation:
Mix the cream cheese and crab meat. Then, combine the remaining ingredients.Lay a won ton wrappers so it forms 2 triangles. Wet the edges of the won ton, Place ingredients into the wrappers and fold the edges in. Heat oil in deep fat frier. Place gently into oil. Fry for 3 minutes at 370.
